We have two types of bookings.
Free-Play Booking
You book our Mobile RC Course and your guests can use it at no cost to them for the duration of our time on-site.
Examples of free-play bookings would be birthday parties, wedding receptions, bachelor parties, graduations, family reunions, free community events, etc.
Pay-for-Play Booking
You book our Mobile RC Course and we charge your guests per turn to use the course.
Examples of pay-for-play bookings would be farmers markets, fairs, festivals, and business entertainment like breweries or food truck courts.
Pay-for-play bookings can also purchase play vouchers for their guests. Pay-for-play would be open for any guests beyond the voucher count.
ex. First 25 are covered by you, then we begin to charge per turn.
Pricing & Booking Types
Free-Play Pricing
1 hour on-site: $200
2 hours on-site: $250
3 hours on-site: $300
4 hours on-site: $350
No travel fee within 50 miles of Brookville, PA
If outside 50 miles, travel fee will be calculated after you submit the availability form.
Pay-for-Play Pricing
1 - 4 hours on-site: $150
This option requires guests to pay per play. Our guest cost is $10 per 20 minutes of time on the course.
